Bungie's New Announcement Regarding Halo 3

Okay, not sure what it is suppose to be, but it looks like some sort of expansion to the Halo 3 universe. Not even sure if the Chief will make an appearance as of yet. But as always, Bungie knows how to draw excitement with their cryptic announcements.
