Germany urgently needs trainees. Smaller companies in rural areas have a particularly hard time finding new workers. An initiative in Emsland is directed at young Spaniards, who face high unemployment in their own country. Now the recruits are learning German, doing internships and looking forward to starting their training soon. Report by Tabea Mergenthaler.
