Brodeur Lets In the Game Winner With .02 Left & Goes Bananas!
New Jersey Devils vs. The Hartford Whalers (Hurricanes). Broduer gets bumped way outside of the crease right before letting the game winning goal in with .02 left on the clock. The refs go upstairs to make sure the puck went in before the period ended but Brodeur thinks they're reviewing the interference call. When the goal is announced Broduer bugs out and swings his stick like an axe against the boards until it breaks. Being a Ranger fan and former Whaler fan I love watching "the greatest goalie ever" throw a temper tantrum like somebody just stole his sippy-cup. Did I mention this dirt ball got divorced because he was nailing his wife's sister? Go Devils FYI- The Devils announcer Chico Resche obviously doesn't understand the rules of the NHL, which is sad because he was an NHL goalie. It is not interference if the goalie comes way out of the crease and you accidentally bump him. Chico needs to get over his man-crush.
