Troubled star Britney Spears has failed to show up in court again to fight for the right to see her children. The singer seemed to be improving her attendance record on Monday by turning up to court to battle it out with her ex-husband Kevin Federline for visitation rights to the couple's children, Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.Bizzarely, the singer turned up at the Los Angeles courthouse on time for the hearing, but apparently changed her mind about attending the proceedings. The 26-year-old was spotted a short while later leaving the building, after apparently never making it into the court room.In Britney's absence Commissioner Scott Gordon refused to overturn his earlier ruling, which granted full custody of the couple's sons to K-Fed.Meanwhile, the star's seemingly on-off paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, has given an interview to a TV entertainment show, in which he claims he and Brtiney are still together, following reports that they had split.© Independent Television News Limited 2008.
