Born with intuitive and psychic abilities, Devra began interacting and communicating with Arch Angel Michael at the tender age of six. As a child, Devra's family and teachers often perceived and dismissed her 'one-sided' conversations with Arch Angel Michael as merely an "invisible friend." As Devra grew older she became aware of many other angels, guides and spirits around her and the individuals she came into contact with. Over the years, Devra trained with spiritual mentors and teachers to utilize her gifts and to channel her spiritual awareness into her flourishing intuitive practices. In addition to communicating with her angel guides, Devra has studied: EST, Kabala, Duancy meditation, Aura balancing, Past-life regression therapy, Polarity Therapy, Magic and Native American rituals/practices. Devra has been an active professional Empath since the age of 18, offering spiritual guidance, readings and life skill development to her clients across the United States. After returning to college at the age of 38, Devra graduated with honors with two degrees in Social Science and Humanities, from the College of the Redwoods in 1994. Following graduation, Devra worked as a vocational counselor within the State of California's Mental Health System; helping women with domestic violence backgrounds reclaim their power. However, after two years of working within the strict confines of the Westernized medical model, Devra realized that her environment did not allow for spiritual healing and her intuitive abilities were being suppressed. Upon realizing her role as a counselor was spiritually limiting, Devra received a message by a Channel in the late '90's that she was to bring "New Age" information to the world in printed magazine format. While Devra had no formal training in computers, or the magazine industry, she instinctively knew that her magazine was to be her life's work. Devra's guides told her that knowledge derived from her magazine would be used as a tool to assist and serve the planet. It was then Devra realized that the knowledge and Truth of the "Now Age" must make its way into mainstream society.
