Braude Beat: Sotomayor hearings

(NECN) - On the Braude Beat, Broadside host Jim Braude discusses the confirmation hearing of Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor. Even before her questioning began, Sotomayor tried to dispel some of the Republican concerns about impartiality. Republicans don't have the numbers, but will they bring up enough concerns to doom this nomination? Also in Massachusetts a debate is heating up between Governor Patrick, and some local zoos. House Speaker Rover DeLeo weighed in today.
