Boston firefighter charged with drug possession

(NECN: Boston, Mass.) - Boston firefighter Anthony Gaston is facing drug possession charges. The Fire Prevention Inspector was arrested Friday after he was allegedly caught by police smoking marijuana in his department vehicle. Boston Mayor Menino: "I'm very disappointed with what happened with that officer today. This time, or any time." The Mayor and the Firefighters Union are currently locked in a bitter contract dispute. At issue: mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
