
(NECN) - With car sales at record lows, it's no secret U.S. Automakers are cutting back. They've restructured, laid off workers, offered deep discounts to drive up sales, and they are also scaling back on advertising. General Motors alone spends about three billion dollars a year on advertising, but it's significantly cutting that budget.
