Binge drinking: Call for rise in duty on alcohol

Tax on alcohol should be dramatically increased to try to put an end to Britain's culture of binge drinking. That's the view of the Chief Medical officer, Sir Liam Donaldson who says drastic action is urgently needed to get excessive drinking under control.
