
(NECN) - This weekend is a big one for football fans. The NFL draft kicked off Saturday and ends Sunday. Saturday the Patriots picked a couple of New England players. They took Ron Brace, a defensive lineman from Boston College in the second round. And with their very next pick, they selected Darius Butler, a defensive back from UConn. That was part of a very busy day for the Pats. The Pats also selected Patrick Chung of Oregon a safety with one of the top 41 picks on Saturday. New England has seven picks in Sunday's final five rounds of the draft. read more
