Belfast: Gunman Michael Stone storms Stormont

With a gun in one hand, and eight home-made explosives in his rucksack, the loyalist killer, Michael Stone, was today moments from possibly bombing the Northern Ireland assembly at Stormont. In an astounding breach of security, he stormed the building but was disarmed and bundled to the ground by security officers.
