Aug. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Restauranteur Joseph Bastianich talks about the opening later this month of Eataly, an Italian marketplace and dining complex in New York's Flatiron district. Bastianich and chef Mario Batali co-founded Eataly. Michael Toscano, who will be head chef at Manzo, one of the restaurants located within Eataly, also speaks.
