Basketball Tournament Honors Slain Dallas Officer

He was nicknamed the Big Russian around southeast Dallas. Nine months ago, Sr. Cpl. Norm Smith was gunned down in the line of duty. Now, his legacy lives on, inspiring Dallas police officers to make sure that the gang unit has the proper equipment.
