This lesson consists of providing you with a Self-Tutorial on the typical operations done on numbers. These include: absolute value, opposites, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and simple exponents. Order of Operations is covered in detail. I also explain how to use your graphing calculator to help you perform all these operations This is part of the Video Math Tutor series of FREE math self-tutorials. It is for students from 7th grade through college. It is useful also to those in home school and may be used by teachers and other tutors in their instruction or private tutoring. You may NOT charge others for this video or notes. The printable notes are available on my web site. The videos are useful for students needing help with their math classes or standardized tests (SAT, ACT, AIMS, etc.). Keystroke sequences are also provided, where applicable, for those with a TI-83 or TI-84 graphing calculator.
