Jan. 29 (Bloomberg) -- David Barse, chief executive officer of Third Avenue Management LLC, talks with Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker about investment opportunities in distressed debt. Barse, speaking at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, also discusses the outlook for the U.S. dollar and equity market. Third Avenue oversees about $13 billion in assets.
