Every time The Doctor left Rose on that beach, he always left her with something. Something to try and take his place. Something she could keep. The first time it was her family, the second, himself. Basically, it's their lives together, as told by The Doctor. All flashing memories. Please forgive me if I blind you, I went effect crazy.
