Baby elephant boost species numbers

Sumatra elephants, smaller than their African or Indian cousins, are facing extinction in their homeland of Sumatra, but an Indonesian safari park is having some success in breeding the elephants outside their natural habitat. The newborn elephant, nicknamed Bongo, was born four months premature on June 19.
