
(NECN/ABC) - The Big Three automakers are handing up their economic recovery plans to Congress today in hopes that Congress will hand back $25 billion in loans they say they need to survive. It's the latest turn in the economic bailout drama after the government acknowledged yesterday that we are in a recession. Ford was the first to unveil their new and improved business plan. It includes accelerating plans for electric cars, as well as the CEO agreeing to work for $1 a year. read more
