This week, while waiting for Brad to come home from adult space camp, we continue with our series of special guests by having Aric Mellott A.K.A. PhatEmoKid join us for a delicious bottle of Melange A Trois from Nebraska Brewing Co. You get a little history about how John and I met, get an extra dose of funny, and just a tad of shameless promotion of Aric's other adventures. In our Master Pairings this week Dr. Bill pairs two beers, a French Bier de Garde and an amazing American version of the style from Lost Abbey called Avant Garde.
