According to the lately announced World Bank report Republic of Armenia and Georgia are the most attractive countries in the point of entrepreneurial activity. In the sense of creation of business conditions, Armenia takes the 39th place out of 178 countries. Armenia is in the 6th place in the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. As a positive move the bank experts specifically mentioned the use of electronic declarations in the customs system, which essentially shortens the duration of preparation of customs documents. But the process of rearmament of the customs system is not limited by that. State Customs Committee is importing new technical means and program provisions on the basis of which a more flexible and fast-working system will be created. As a result of the perfection of working ASYCUDA automated system, the process of customs declaration will be more simplified.
