At least one person has been killed. The state's governor says several towns north of Denver were hit hardest. FEMA is on the ground to help assess the damage. ++ A state appeals court ruled Thursday that Texas authorities had no right to seize more than 440 children in a raid on a polygamist compound. According to the ruling --the state failed to show the children were in any immediate danger--but Texas officials could appeal the decision. ++Despite his diagnosis of brain cancer---Senator Ted Kennedy says he's "enormously grateful" to everyone at Massachusetts General Hospital where he was taken after suffering a seizure Saturday. Kennedy is back at his Cape Cod home ---weighing his treatment options. ++Monday the nation will pause to observe Memorial Day. U.S. Troops honored our nation's fallen by placing American flags on headstones at Arlington National Cemetery.
