McCain has said he would **not** raise taxes of any kind. =Meanwhile Barack Obama and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson discussed the mortgage crisis. They also talked about steps the government is taking to improve the economy. It's part of the Senator's effort to shift his campaign's attention to domestic issues .... That's after a weeklong trip to the Middle East and Europe. =Virginia Governor Tim Kaine is keeping quiet on Obama's shortlist of potential running mates. Kaine appeared on Washington D-C radio station WTOP's monthly 'Ask The Governor' program.
