Andre Akkari took down 2011 WSOP Event #43, a $1,500 buy-in no-limit hold’em, for $675,117. Akkari had incredible support from Brazilian poker fans, both at the final table and his bracelet ceremony, as the second ever player from Brazil to win a WSOP gold bracelet. Card Player TV caught up with him in this edition of ‘Battle for the Bracelets.’
