Analyst: Iran Wants to Be Taken Seriously

Iran has unveiled domestically produced fuel rods for its research reactor. One analyst tells AP that even though Iran likely has the ability to produce nuclear weapons, this latest development doesn't mean that is the country's plan. (Feb. 15)
