An Invention To Silence Annoying Cell Phone Users

It's happened to all of us. We are at the movies or out to eat and someone starts talking on their cell phone. Some local entrepreneurs think they've come up with a way to curtail that annoying behavior. The timing could be right. There are now an estimated 200 million cell phones in the United States.
