Panasonic Toyota Racing President John Howett opens up the team's factory doors in Cologne, Germany, where 650 specialist staff are working on the entire racecar, from chassis to engine. John Howett makes a complete and exclusive behind the scenes guided tour of the different conception divisions, ranging from the carbon composites department to the engine workshop, and the tests facilities. The engine tests, conducted in 'test beds', as well as the aerodynamic characteristics are optimized in the wind tunnel area and play a key role in enhancing the racecar's performance.
