Ambassador Nikolay Spasskiy, deputy head of the Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency, speaks about Nuclear Energy and U.S.-Russian Cooperation.In July 2006, President Putin and President Bush agreed to work together to explore cooperation on nuclear energy technology and joined the Global Nuclear Energy Partnership.
