Ambassador Nikolay Spasskiy, deputy head of the Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency, speaks about Nuclear Energy and U.S.-Russian Cooperation.In July 2006, President Putin and President Bush agreed to work together to explore cooperation on nuclear energy technology and joined the Global Nuclear Energy Partnership. Mr. Spasskiy also discusses Russia's plans for growth in the domestic use of nuclear technology and sales of civilian nuclear reactors abroad. Ms. Mathews moderates the question and answer session.
