Alicia Douvall tells all about Living show 'Rehab'

Alicia Douvall is one of a number of celebrity addicts to allow cameras in to watch them in Rehab. The reality show star has body dysmorphia and is addicted to transforming her body with plastic surgery. Her condition has led her to try and commit suicide. The new show Rehab shows exactly what goes on behind closed doors at a facility in Malibu, California Alicia's issues with her body started at an early age and to date she's had 15 breast operations. The constant quest for a perfect body has its dangers, but there was another reason why Alicia decided to get help. She said: "My 13-year-old daughter said she was frightened of me dying and she pleaded with me to stop." Other stars to get the celebrity rehab treatment include X Factor's Rowetta, who is seeking help for alcoholisim, and glamour model Cassie Sumner hopes to combat bulimia. Asked if it had been a success, Alicia said: "It's something you have to work on and really want. You've got to want to change your lifestyle and want to change who you were before. "So it's like a journey and every day's a fight for me. I can't just go to rehab for a month and suddenly I'm cured. I have to work on it every day."
