Abdelaziz Bouteflika, Algeria's president, has received huge public support in Algeria as he runs for a third term as president, but his opponents say the elections will be a sham. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports on Algeria's upcoming elections and the man who appears likely to win them.
