Alexander Litvinenko death: Radiation traces found at 12 locations in London

In twelve locations across London, including two planes and possibly more, Alexander Litvinenko's poisoners have left behind them a trail of radiation; a give-away footprint, that could yet be their undoing. Investigators have examined 7 seats in 3 rows on one of the aircraft. They are in business class and economy. There is believed to be contamination on the seats themselves and in the overhead lockers. Over the last 24 hours, thousands of passengers have called NHS Direct and the airline for advice. The advice remains that the threat to health is low.
