"Akala" - Parokya Ni Edgar [MV Project]

"Akala" (Thought) by Parokya Ni Edgar. This song was actually in line for my stickfig animations because of the really easy-to-follow literal lyrics XD However recently, my Filipino class called for a music video project -- to pick a Tagalog song with a good message. This one quickly came into mind. I did this reaaaallyyy last minute, and i am very aware of how i could've done this a million times better had i not been in a rush. i would've flowed with a consistent theme, minus the crappy photography (the walking shots were obviously done at night, so i couldn't see through the viewfinder at all to focus properly!) I'd probably make an improved version of this, but i want to concentrate on others first. I'll translate and post the English lyrics soon, in the meantime, this song is about not being afraid to make mistakes, reminding us we're only human and encouraging us to take risks/chances, and to live life to the fullest without regrets. ^__^ Special mention to Cyrill (model), Isel (model), Leon (blue), Vince (green), Rainer (electric guitar), Jerome (acoustic guitar), and all my friends from Brunei and Johor Bahru for appearing in this video.
