Aide, where's my car?

David Beckham's armour-plated BMW has been stolen after he lent it to one of his aides. The £100,000 BMW X5 was taken from outside the Gran Madrid hotel near David's home in the upmarket Madrid suburb of La Moraleja. The Real Madrid star lent the 4X4 to one of his assistants who was visiting from the UK, but apparently he forgot to switch on the car's tracking system. Police believe the car was stolen by professional thieves who are unlikely to have known it belonged to the England captain. David apparently bought the armour-plated vehicle for added security after a kidnap attempt on his six-year-old son Brooklyn.
