AGS Software Appoints Tim Curtiss As CEO

The Lakewood Observer, a community newspaper serving this Cleveland suburb, today announced the formation of AGS Software Development Inc. ("AGS"). AGS provides technology products and services to the publishing and media industries, including the Ninth Estate multimedia platform, a software environment that enables publication of periodicals and Web sites by as few as one to two people. The Board of Directors of AGS Software has appointed Tim Curtiss as its chief executive officer and president.
