Afghan unrest drives illegal human smuggling - 20 Dec 08

In Afghanistan, thousands of people desperately seeking work are turning to neighbouring Iran. Unable to get the right paperwork, they're fuelling an illegal human smuggling network, which sees hundreds risk their lives to cross the desert every day. The first international journalist to visit the area in a decade, Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr reports now from Nimruz.
