Despite large international aid donations, hundreds of Afghan children are living in squalour in Kabul, the capital. Aid groups say malnutrition is rampant across the country, and access to healthcare is limited. For every thousand Afghan children born, 165 die within a year - and a quarter of all Afghan children die before their fifth birthday. Al Jazeera's Owen Fay reports.
