Afghan Opiate Use Doubles in 5 Years, UN Says

A UN report shows that the use of opiate drugs has doubled by Afghan citizens. This comes as a blow to the Afghani government and its international allies who are pouring billions into cutting down drug trade which largely funds the Taliban insurgency.
