Afflicted with 'E-mail stress'?
New Delhi, Sept. 11 : Targets, deadlines and getting to work on time have long been the main sources of pressure for most workers, but now it seems work spaces are being plagued by a new problem, that is the e-mail stress. According to the researchers from Glasgow University and Paisley University in the United Kingdom, a struggle to cope with a deluge of e-mails is leaving office staff tired, frustrated and even unproductive.
