Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Kevin Hassett, director of economic policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute and a Bloomberg News columnist, discusses President Barack Obama's $3.7 trillion U.S. budget proposal. Obama's budget would reduce deficits by $1.1 trillion over a decade, setting up a battle with Republicans who have already deemed the plan insufficient to reduce federal debt.
