Advance Auto Parts store robbed at gunpoint
(VIDEOGRPAHER: BOB SPRINGER, EDITOR: DOUG GROSSMAN, REPORTER: WALTER PACHECO / ORLANDO SENTINEL) Officers nabbed an armed robber in Ocoee Wednesday after a witness alerted police of the crime as it was happening. Ocoee police said the witness, whose name was not released, ran across the street of the 11000 block of W. Colonial Drive shortly before 9 p.m. and told officers at a local restaurant that two men were robbing the Advance Auto Parts store at gunpoint, records show.
