Accountability plea after oil spill
Efforts are underway to clean up the 200 tonnes of industrial fuel oil that spilled from a tanker that went down on rough seas off the Philippines island of Guimaras. Fears are growing that some 1, 800 tonnes of oil still inside the sunken ship could seep out, making the worst spill ever to hit the Philippines even bigger.
