These monies are used to support state and local candidates for public office (e.g. justices of the peace, mayors, city council members, state representatives, county commissioners, etc.) and support/opposed ballot initiatives that impact the multifamily housing industry. Your money is spent locally on elected-officials that directly impact yours and your properties’ bottom-line. Candidates use our contributions to fund their campaigns. PAC donations pay for signage, bumper stickers, push-cards, mail-outs, phone-banks, media, office supplies and rent, opposition-research, and consultants. AATC PAC can not accept corporate donation. All PAC contributions must be by cash, personal check, or personal credit card. Credit cards with company name and/or logo on them can not be accepted.
