A Song for Joyce DeWitt

From Sept. 15-Oct. 13, 2008, TV star Joyce DeWitt came to Nashville to star in the Nashville Dinner Theater's production of "Dearly Departed." After curtain call each night, Joyce made a heartfelt speech of gratitude thanking the entire crew by name and made us all feel like stars. On closing night, we surprised Joyce with a scrapbook of her stay in Music City as well as an original song written in her honor by Jeff & Rusti Rae and Shari Arnold-Holifield. That's Rusti Rae on guitar and lead vocal. The video is a bit shaky but the emotion of the moment comes through. It was an unforgettable show and experience to work with Joyce DeWitt!
