***Please Read*** Thanks to xxhunneyxxbeexx for suggesting the idea :). This video is from the POV of Madame LeFarge, Gemma's French instructor at Spence and her ill-fated affair (these poor teachers! :'( ) According to the novel, Madame L was engaged to a man named Reginald, whose photograph she keeps on her desk in memory of him. He's a soldier whose gone off to fight in a war but Gemma doesn't realize he is dead until she discovers him in the Realms on the night of the Spiritualist seance/exhibition and finally encourages Madame to move on. This vid attempts to represent Madame L's memories of her lover and her difficulty in letting him go. Thanks to everyone for all of their great suggestions. Again, I had every intention of using Vanity Fair but my torrent client was acting up and absolutely refused to download certain files. Luckily it was able to download Cold Mountain. I know its an American Civil War love saga, and please pardon the shot of the Confederate flag (EVERYONE was waving one - it was impossible to cut out) but aside from that one anachronism, I think this video works. And you can't deny that Nicole Kidman is absolutely breathtaking. Clips taken from Cold Mountain starring Jude Law and Nicole Kidman. Song: "Away from Me" by Evanescence. This is a fan-made video.
