Update (11/17/08): Current findings by Matt indicate that this footage most certainly can be attributed to the ITN Archive (called "ITN/Reuters" by the TLC - Discovery documentary). The ITN Archive is the only common match and is called "ITN/Reuters" by the TLC - Discovery documentary; So ITN was the "friendly" source for the FBI!!!
