1969 Camaro -Body - DuPont Imron, replaced rear quarters to first bodyline, wheel housings, trunk floor (modified with tank enclosure), rear window valance, front fenders, steel hood, ½ dash upper into firewall, heater core with big block core (modified heater box). Suspension -- replaced mono leaf springs with multi-leaf springs, installed new shocks and "J" traction bars fro CE, replaced front 6-cylinder springs with BB springs, installed new shocks. Fuel System -- plastic RCI fuel tank with rear sump, 90 ohm sending unit, all "AN" fittings, Fram Pro One fuel filter & housing, Holley Red fuel pump with 15 lb kit installed, ½" 304 stainless steel tubing, hand bent & flared to accept 37° AN nuts attached to "-8" stainless braided lines with pure silicon jackets (fireproof) at both ends, Holley regulator with Summit gage and dual --6 lines braided stainless steel, hand built 750 gold & chrome Holley with center hung floats, quick access jets, Weland-Stealth intake manifold. Exhaust -- Hooker 2" super comp headers, Flowmaster exhaust system. Brakes -- Rear drum, front disc (from a 71 Monte Carlo purchased at Carlisle), dual master cylinder "non power", Summit proportioning valve. Engine -- Generation 4, 454 from an RV (believe to be stock bore), 4 bolt low compression (truck) heads, cam was installed (not by current owner), low miles on engine, runs excellent. Transmission -- Muncie 4 speed, close ration, not a rock crusher, purchased at Carlisle -- very nice shape, clutch, pressure plate and bearing are Centerforce, Hurst shifter, correct application. Rear -- 12-bolt Auto rear, 4:10 ratio, stock posi-unit, locks up well. Interior -- Stock hounds tooth black and white, gages are Autometer, console was originally boat style shifter (current owner adapted factory correct 4 speed parts)
