This was done in 3rd gear. I lifted off the throttle right before my 9,000rpm redline which is 116.5mph according to my car's gearing & datalog. Keep in mind the speedo gauge seems a little off over 100mph. I actually reached 115mph. I was holding the camera in my right hand while holding the steering wheel at the same time. That's why it was shaking a little bit. Rough roads in Mexico. ;)
