This is my 523 lb Bench Press @ 2008 IPF/NAPF & Pan American Bench Press Championships in Costa Rica! I competed in the 220 lb class earning a silver medal in both the NORTH AMERICAN AND PAN AMERICAN bench press Championships! This was a great meet and a wonderful memory!
