Sunday Kitchen #62 Okara Felafel My original recipe. While we've been staying in Nelson, we have been making soymilk. When you make soymilk you have lots of okara left over, so I had to think of something to do with it. So, I looked up some felafel recipes on the net and then made up this recipe. It is only really useful for people who make soymilk and have okara left over ... which is hardly anyone. Haha. Oh well.
