43 countries to attend Iran Petrochemical Forum

Unilateral sanctions and restrictions by the West were supposed to go well beyond the UN resolutions, to include a ban on dealing with Iranian banks and insurance firms, and steps to prevent investment in Iran's lucrative oil, gas and petrochemical sectors.
