2nd Arrest Made in NYC Hate Slaying

A second arrest was made Friday in the hate crime killing of an Ecuadorean immigrant, a prosecutor said. Keith Phoenix was arrested the day after a video was released of him grinning minutes after the deadly attack. (Feb. 27)
